Asbestos Abatement Services for Summer Renovations

Carman-Ainsworth Community Schools is soliciting bids for asbestos abatement services to be performed prior to summer renovations. The work will take place at Rankin Elementary School, Dye Elementary School, Carman-Ainsworth Middle School, and the Administration Building. Bids must be delivered to the Carman-Ainsworth Community Schools Administration Building, Attn: Russ Parks, G-3475 W Court St., Flint, MI 48532, by 10:00 AM on May 5, 2026. Proposals must be submitted on the provided forms, be sealed, and clearly labeled "PROPOSAL:ASBESTOS; ASBESTOS ABATEMENT PRIOR TO CARMAN-AINSWORTH SUMMER RENOVATIONS". Facsimile or electronic mail submissions will not be accepted. Bid documents are available from Arch Environmental Group, 25510 West 11 Mile Rd, Suite 300, Southfield, MI 48034, (248)426-0165, www.archenvgroup.com, starting April 21, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid walk-through is scheduled for April 28, 2026, at 4:30 PM at Rankin Elementary School, G-3459 Mundy Ave, Swartz Creek MI 48473. Following the meeting at Rankin Elementary, site visits will also be conducted at Dye Elementary School, Carman-Ainsworth Middle School, and the Administration Building. Bid proposals must remain valid for sixty (60) days after the bid opening.
