LTS Markham Place Classroom Renovations

The Little Silver Board of Education is soliciting bids for the LTS Markham Place Classroom Renovations project at Markham Place School. Bids will be accepted until 1:00 PM on January 21st, 2026, and will be publicly opened thereafter. The contract will be awarded as a single prime contract covering all work. Bid documents will be available for purchase starting December 22nd, 2025, from Solutions Architecture's website (www.solutions-arch.com) for a non-refundable fee of $700.00 for paper sets or $100.00 for electronic copies. An additional $25.00 charge applies if documents are mailed or FedExed. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for January 5th, 2026, at 3:30 PM at Markham Place School, 95 Markham Place, Little Silver, NJ 07739. Bidders are strongly urged to attend and come prepared. All technical questions must be submitted through the BidBox portal on the architect's website, with the last day for questions being January 7th, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. Bids must be accompanied by bid security and a Certificate of Consent of Surety. Bidders and subcontractors must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development and possess a Business Registration Certificate. Bidders must also comply with The Law Against Discrimination and Affirmative Action requirements, and submit an executed C.271 political contribution disclosure form. Bids exceeding $20,000.00 require pre-qualification in specific categories as per New Jersey regulations.
