Resilient Maine Coastal Bluff Mapping Update

The State of Maine, through its Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry, is soliciting proposals for a project to update and expand the existing Coastal Bluff Map Series. This project will involve new characterizations of bluff stability, sediment transport, and habitat across multiple coastal regions within Maine. Interested parties can obtain the Request for Proposal (RFP) and all associated documents via the Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal at https://mevss.hostams.com/PRDVSS1X1/AltSelfService. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal to the Office of State Procurement Services. The deadline for proposal submission is 4:00 p.m. local time on May 28, 2026. Proposals will be opened on the following business day.
