Choctaw Agency Building 33 Repair and Renovation

This solicitation is for the repair and renovation of Building 33 at the Choctaw Agency. The project involves waterproofing, installing a new drainage system, and improving the current drainage along the exterior eastside wall of the building. The scope of work includes assessing site conditions, planning and protecting the building with appropriate waterproofing and a robust drainage system, and providing all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, labor, and supervision. Specific tasks include excavating along the eastside wall, installing waterproofing materials and a French drain system, backfilling the trench to establish positive drainage, installing a concrete pad, flashing, and extending downspouts.
