Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Facilities Design Services for USDA Forest Service Regions 1 & 2

The USDA Forest Service, encompassing Region 1 (Northern Region) and Region 2 (Rocky Mountain Region), requires Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Facilities Design Services. These services will be procured under an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantities (IDIQ) contract, with an anticipated award of up to 14 firms. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes for this requirement are 541330 (Engineering Services) and 541310 (Architectural Services), with small business size standards of $25.5 million and $12.5 million, respectively. Firms eligible under either or both NAICS codes are invited to submit their qualifications. Services may include new construction, maintenance, and renovation needs for various Forest Service facilities such as buildings, roads, landscape development, and mechanical/electrical systems. Projects can range from total project design to specific segments like building, mechanical, plumbing, landscaping, civil, HVAC, fire protection, geotechnical, or electrical work. The contract will have a five-year ordering period effective from the date of award, with task orders issued as needed.
