The Port of Houston Authority is seeking proposals for scheduled delivery services. The contract term will begin on May 1, 2026, and end on April 30, 2027. The services include daily mail pickup and delivery between various Port Authority locations, including the Main Post Office, Administration Building, Fentress Bracewell Barbours Cut Terminal, and Bayport Terminal. Key requirements include drivers possessing valid driver's licenses and Transportation Workers Identification Cards (TWIC), being in uniform, and having two-way communication equipment. Vehicles must be marked with the contractor's business name. The contractor must also provide detailed monthly billing and maintain specific insurance coverage, including Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, and Umbrella Liability.
