Building Controls Program and Maintenance Services

Washington County is soliciting proposals for program and maintenance services for its building control systems. The county is seeking a five-year contract to cover services for various buildings, including the Government Center, Law Enforcement Center, Courthouse, Service Centers, Libraries, and Environmental Centers. The contractor will be responsible for on-call and preventative maintenance, including backing up systems, identifying solutions for alarm conditions, reviewing system data, and responding to emergencies 24x7x365 within 12 hours. They must also be able to source Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts within five business days and have technicians available on-site when requested. The county currently utilizes four building control vendors: Niagara, Allerton, ALC, and Distech, and proposals should address capabilities for one or more of these systems. Optional services such as consultant services, training services, and Automatic Temperature Control (ATC) inspection and calibration may also be requested.
