Fresh Fluid Milk for Sampson County Schools

Sampson County Schools is soliciting bids for the procurement and delivery of fresh fluid milk for its federally-funded School Nutrition programs. The initial contract period is from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027, with the option for four additional one-year renewals, subject to mutual agreement. Bids are due by 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2026, and must be submitted to the Auxiliary Services Conference Room at 2081 Indian Town Road, Clinton, NC 28328. Vendors are responsible for ensuring timely delivery of mailed or commercially shipped bids by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, to either 437 Rowan Road or 2081 Indian Town Road, Clinton, NC 28328. Specifications for bid products, Buy American compliance, and allergen information must be submitted by June 1, 2026. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
