Industrial Sewing Machines, Parts, and Supplies Invitation to Qualify

The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (DOC) is issuing an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) to identify responsible and responsive contractors capable of providing industrial sewing machines, parts, and supplies. Qualified contractors will be eligible to respond to future Request for Quotes (RFQs) for these items. Suppliers must register in the PA Supplier Portal and complete qualification requirements electronically through the JAGGAER portal. Key qualifications include providing a product list with percentage discounts, documentation of authorization from manufacturers, five years of experience supplying sewing-related equipment and supplies, and the ability to deliver to DOC locations across Pennsylvania. All deliveries will be F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid. The contract will cover industrial sewing machines, parts, and supplies as listed in the supplier's catalog. Material categories include industrial sewing machines, sewing machine parts, sewing machine consumables, and garment production materials. All offered products must be new and unused, unless otherwise specified, and warranted for a minimum of one year.
