Purchase and Installation of 8 Parking Lot Shades

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking to purchase and install 8 parking shades to provide protection for vehicles during extreme weather events. This is a one-time purchase with a firm fixed-price contract type, to be completed within 120 days of award. The installation will occur at the FEMA Distribution Center located at 501 W. Felix Street, Bldg. #12, Fort Worth, TX 76115. The scope includes the purchase of the shades, installation of new fabricated materials, labor, equipment, and the removal and disposal of eight existing fabrics, cables, and clamps. Delivery costs, applicable taxes, and free-on-board delivery with warranty of parts and services are also included. The government will evaluate offers based on technical specifications, delivery plan, and price, with technical specifications being the most important factor.
