Snake River Area Office Weed Control Services

The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) requires weed control services for approximately 106,791 acres of undeveloped land within the Upper and Middle Snake River areas. The goal is to prevent and reduce the economic, environmental, and social impacts of noxious weeds, protect project habitat, and provide public safety through weed management treatments. Approximately 31,431 acres will be treated each year. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses under NAICS Code 561730 (Landscaping Services) with a small business size standard of $9.5 Million. The product service code is F006 (Natural Resources/Conservation - Land Treatment Practices). The BOR intends to award one firm-fixed-price contract with a base period and four option years. The anticipated date to issue the Request for Quote is the first week of May 2026, with an anticipated closing date in the second week of June 2026, and an anticipated award date in the last week of July 2026. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). This product will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
