Electrical Parts, Equipment, Supplies, and Services

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is soliciting proposals for electrical parts, equipment, supplies, and services. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation intended to establish agreements for EPIC6 members to purchase needed electrical goods and services on an "as needed" basis. The contract period will be from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. Awarded vendors will be required to extend their contract pricing and terms to all current and future EPIC6 members. EPIC6 plans to award agreements to multiple vendors, selected based on a minimum score of 70 points, considering factors such as price, availability, and delivery.
