Treated Lumber and Dock Materials for Voyageurs National Park

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products, specifically treated lumber, dock floats, and screws, for Voyageurs National Park in International Falls, MN. The requirement is a 100% total small business set-aside with NAICS code 321113 and a small business size standard of 550 employees. All lumber must be treated Southern Yellow Pine with Micronized Copper Azole (MCA) to a minimum retention of 0.15 PCF, certified as Environmentally Preferable Product (EPP), Grade #2 or better, and S4S (surfaced). No installation is required; this procurement is for the items listed and their delivery. All items are to be provided as one lot and quoted as such, with unit pricing broken out on the Price Schedule. Specifications must be provided for all materials. Delivery is required within 30 days after the contract award effective date or sooner, FOB Destination. Specific lumber dimensions include 8"x8"x20', 4"x4"x10', 6"x6"x16', 6"x6"x8', 3"x12"x8' (rough cut), 2"x8"x8', 2"x4"x8', and 2"x8"x10'. Also required are 24"Wx24"Lx48"L Dock Floats, 5/16"x4" Star Washer Head Structure Screws, 5/16"x8" T-40 Washer Head Lag Screws, and 1/2"x5" Galvanized Hex Lag Screws. Delivery is required at Voyageurs National Park Headquarters, 380 Highway 11 East, International Falls, MN 56649. Delivery must be completed on or before July 10th, 2026, or sooner. The vendor must contact the park one week prior to delivery to schedule. The site is accessible by full-size semi-truck. The Maintenance Building at the Headquarters is the delivery point.
