Market Research: Berry Compliant Baker's Yeast

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support, Strategic Material Sourcing Group (SMSG) is seeking to identify United States manufacturers of yeast that is instant, active, dry, and granular, and meets all Berry Amendment requirements. The preferred packaging is 1 lb. or 2 lb. vacuum packs. Companies interested in participating in this market research are requested to provide a brief description of their business, including name, address, Point of Contact email, business type, business size, CAGE Code (if applicable), and country of origin. Additionally, respondents should list the types of yeast products they produce and include technical data sheets with product specifications. Please describe the origin of ingredients and the manufacturing/processing locations for your yeast products.
