Real Estate Acquisition for Affordable Housing Development

Cambridge Affordable Housing Corporation (CAHC), Essex Street Management, Inc. (ESMI), and Kennedy Management Inc. (KMI) are seeking proposals for the acquisition of properties and parcels in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities within a fifty-mile radius. The goal is to develop and/or preserve affordable housing. Priority will be given to two-bedroom and larger units suitable for families. Properties that can be expanded for new affordable housing development or to meet specialized needs, such as permanent supportive housing or temporary housing, are also of interest. The Affiliates may select properties from multiple proposals or only a portion of a single proposal.
