Annual Supply of Electrical Inventory Material

The Brownsville Public Utilities Board (BPUB) is soliciting bids for the annual supply of electrical inventory material. This is an "as needed" contract, meaning materials will be released and billed upon request over a one-year period. The contract is for one year from the date of award, with an option to renew for an additional year. Successful vendors must have stock readily available for immediate shipment and cannot provide a full shipment at once. Pricing must remain firm for 12 months after the original purchase order date. The BPUB reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and accept the bid deemed most advantageous.
