Maintenance and Overhaul Services for U.S. Coast Guard 32-Foot Transportable Port Security Boats

The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting proposals for maintenance and overhaul services for their 32-foot Transportable Port Security Boats (TPSB) and trailers. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that is 100% set-aside for 8(a) Small Business concerns. The scope of work includes comprehensive maintenance and repair services, engine replacement and maintenance, sterndrive replacement and service, and optional over-and-above work. The contract will have a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The estimated period of performance for the base period is from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027, with options extending through July 31, 2031.
