ELA K-12 Curricular Materials for Orange Township Public School District

The Orange Board of Education is soliciting proposals for ELA K-12 Curricular Materials. Respondents are required to submit one original proposal, four complete copies, and one electronic flash drive of both the program and cost proposals. Submissions must be made on the provided forms and in the designated manner. Proposals must be sealed and sent via overnight or certified mail to the Orange Board of Education, School Business Administrator, 451 Lincoln Avenue, 1st Floor, Orange, New Jersey 07050, to be received by Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Electronic submissions via email are not accepted. The envelope must be clearly labeled with the title, proposal number, respondent's name and address, due date, and due time. Respondents must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. regarding Affirmative Action Against Discrimination and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. A Statement of Ownership, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Contractor Questionnaire/Certification are also required. Failure to submit all required forms may result in disqualification. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities. All responsive proposals will be evaluated by qualified District personnel.
