Charleston, SC - I-26 EB Rest Area Reconstruction

This project involves the replacement of an existing SCDOT Rest Area facility located along I-26 EB in Charleston County, South Carolina. The scope of work includes the reconstruction of the facility and associated sitework, as detailed in the contract documents. The project is being managed by Liollio Architecture. Key requirements include bid security in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. Additionally, the successful contractor will be required to provide Performance and Labor & Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price.
