Temporary Heating and Cooling Rental Services BPA

The 301st Air Force Reserve Command intends to establish firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for temporary heating and cooling rental services. These services will be provided at Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base, TX. All deliveries must be off-truck, assembled, and operationally verified unless otherwise directed by the contracting officer or representative. The Statement of Work specifies various equipment types, including spot coolers, trailer-mounted air conditioning units, chillers, and boilers, with different rental lengths and delivery times. Offerors must have a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 assessment, which includes demonstrating compliance with 15 basic safeguarding requirements for Federal Contract Information (FCI). Self-certification must be entered into the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) module within PIEE. Payment will be made via Government Purchase Card (GPC), and the government is only obligated to the extent of authorized purchases made under the BPA.
