Canyons School District (CSD) is soliciting proposals for a supplier to provide custom logo uniform clothing and establish a dedicated online store for district personnel. The selected supplier will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a customized online purchasing portal that allows authorized CSD personnel to order approved items with CSD-approved logos. The portal must accommodate tax-exempt and taxable orders, offer multiple payment options including credit card and purchase orders, and process payments from end-users. The scope of work includes providing uniforms (shirts & pants), outerwear (jackets, hoodies, sweatshirts & vests), and accessories (hats, bags, lanyards, etc.) for various departments including Transportation, Warehouse, and Facilities/Maintenance. The supplier will manage all aspects of order fulfillment, including direct delivery to designated recipients or departments within CSD, consolidation of bulk orders, and communication of production and shipping timelines. Returns or exchanges for manufacturing defects must be handled at no cost to CSD. Proposals must include completed Schedules A-D, pricing on Schedule F, and samples of custom logo clothing items (embroidered polo shirt, button-down work shirt, full-zip hoodie; screen-printed t-shirt, pull-over sweatshirt) with accompanying specification sheets. The supplier must be properly licensed to do business in the State of Utah and maintain an online store customized for CSD. Evaluation criteria will include responsiveness, qualifications, experience, detailed response, references, product samples, and price proposal.
