Description

Mohave County is soliciting proposals for the operation of an Outpatient Behavioral Healthcare Program, to be housed on the second floor of their Reach Out Center. The program will prioritize serving the justice-involved community and is expected to be a 24/7 operation. The county will provide the 3,093 square foot space, which includes offices, restrooms, and other facilities, and will cover ongoing maintenance. The provider will be responsible for screening, assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention services. Reporting on client numbers and service utilization will be required monthly. Utilities will be shared, with the provider responsible for 50% of electricity and 80% of water/sewer costs. The provider will also be responsible for all communication services, including network, Wi-Fi, firewall, and phone systems. The contract term is one year with four one-year renewal options. Proposals are due by May 19, 2026.
