Thompson Center Roof Replacement

South Dakota State University (SDSU) is soliciting bids for the labor and materials required for a roof replacement on the Thompson Center, identified by OSE# R0326--38X/DEL. The sealed bids are due by 2:00 PM Central Time on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, and should be submitted to SDSU Facilities & Services, Box 2150, Brookings, South Dakota 57007. An on-site pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time. Contractors are to meet at the main doors of the Thompson Center on the SDSU campus in Brookings, SD. Parking is available on the west side of the building. Prospective bidders are required to examine the premises and assess existing site conditions before submitting their bids. Plans and specifications can be obtained from DesignArc Group at 434 5th Street, Suite 1, Brookings, SD (phone: 605-910-7348) or at regional builder's exchanges. Viewing copies are also available at the SDSU Facilities & Services office. Bidders agree to use these documents solely for bid preparation and to return or destroy them according to specified terms.
