Weed Control and Groundskeeping Services at Albuquerque ARTCC

This solicitation is for comprehensive grounds maintenance and weed control services at the Albuquerque Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC). The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to perform services on a weekly basis from March through November and monthly from December through February. Services include grass cutting, edging, fertilization, litter and trash collection/disposal, vegetation cutting and removal, under-brushing, grassing, sodding, leaf blowing/removal, weed removal, tree and shrub pruning, tree and stump removal, irrigation, and ditch cleaning. The contractor must manage pests and weeds using the least toxic means available, prioritizing bio-based products and EPA-registered herbicides. All pesticide application must be performed by licensed and certified personnel in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. The contractor must also implement integrated pest management principles and maintain records of pesticide usage. Debris collected from grounds maintenance activities must be disposed of off-site daily.
