NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor (FLCPH) is seeking information regarding businesses capable of providing Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) for facility operations at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii. The anticipated contract duration is a 6-month base period with four one-year option periods, beginning October 1, 2026. The scope includes supplying and installing LPG tanks, maintaining contractor-owned equipment, and ensuring uninterrupted delivery of LPG, which consists predominantly of propane. All LPG supplied will be measured by inline metering equipment furnished, installed, maintained, and calibrated by the contractor. The contractor will be responsible for all repairs, replacements, and maintenance of contractor-owned tanks and meters, adhering to National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) standards. Base access for personnel will be required, and contractors must obtain Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credentials. All LPG tanks on government property must have a current, valid NAVFAC inspection certificate.
