Demolition Projects: Bennett Street, 95 Milton Avenue, and Murphy Crossing

Atlanta Beltline, Inc. (ABI) is seeking qualified firms to provide construction and demolition services for three separate projects. Project 1 involves demolition at multiple addresses on Bennett Street, including 2110 Peachtree Road NW and various addresses on Bennett Street NW. Project 2 is for the demolition at 95 Milton Avenue SE. Project 3 involves demolition at 1050 Murphy Avenue SW. Firms have the option to bid on one or more of these projects. A mandatory pre-submittal meeting and site visit will be held.
