Rhode Island Air National Guard Lodging Blanket Purchase Agreements

The Rhode Island Air National Guard (RIANG) requires on-demand lodging services for non-local Airmen in drill status or on official government orders. The 143 Mission Support Contracting intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) directly to local area hotels, not third-party vendors. Lodging facilities must be located within a 20-mile radius and/or a 30-minute drive of the Quonset Air National Guard Base (QANGB) in North Kingstown, RI. The resulting BPAs will be pre-priced in accordance with the established U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) per diem rates for Rhode Island for the applicable fiscal year. The anticipated period of performance for these BPAs is four years, from July 15, 2026, to July 14, 2030, with an estimated aggregate amount of $350,000. Payments will be made via Government Purchase Card (GPC) for calls under $15,000 and via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) for calls exceeding $15,000.
