Printing and Mailing of 2026 Tax Bills for East Brunswick

The Township of East Brunswick is seeking a contractor to provide printing and mailing services for their 2026 Estimated Third Quarter Tax Bills and their 2026 Final / 2027 Preliminary Tax Bills. This is a request for quotation under a fair and open process. The scope of work includes printing approximately 17,500 one-sided estimated tax bills and 17,500 two-sided final tax bills. The estimated tax bills are to be printed on 8 1/2" by 3 3/4" perforated stock paper with a barcode and inserted into #10 window envelopes, including postage and delivery to the Post Office. The final tax bills are to be printed on 8 1/2" x 14" paper with perforations for four payment stubs, including all required information and information to taxpayers on the reverse side. The contractor must also provide three separate options for printing and insertion of an 8 1/2" x 11" letter from the Mayor: one option for black and white, one for one color, and one for two colors, all with a "Z" fold. Three separate tax bill files will be transmitted to the contractor. The estimated tax bills must be mailed no later than June 26, 2025, and the final tax bills must be mailed no later than September 25, 2025. The contractor must be able to receive files via WinSCP SFTP and have experience in printing and mailing municipal tax bills.
