South Jones High School Band Practice Parking Lot Construction

The Tupelo Public School District is soliciting bids for the construction of a band practice parking lot at South Jones High School in Ellisville, Mississippi. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2026. Bid documents can be obtained from www.pryormorrowplans.com, and a valid email address is required for registration. Bids must include a proposal security in the form of a certified check or acceptable bid bond equal to at least five percent (5%) of the base bid. A 100% Performance-Payment Bond will be required from the successful bidder within ten (10) days of award. Bids exceeding $50,000 must include a contractor's current certificate of responsibility number on the exterior of the bid envelope or as an attachment for electronic bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities.
