Replace AHUs 2, 5, and 7 at Sablich Center

This solicitation is for the replacement of three rooftop Air Handling Units (AHUs) identified as 2, 5, and 7 at the Sablich Center, Building 701, on Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi. The estimated magnitude of the construction project is between $1,000,000.00 and $3,000,000.00. Proposals are due June 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM CST. This acquisition is being issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. A site visit was scheduled for April 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. Attendees met at the South parking lot of the 81st Civil Engineering Squadron, Building 4705, Keesler AFB. Requirements for base access, including valid identification, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance, are detailed in Section L. Attendees needing a base pass were required to submit their full name to ty.le@us.af.mil at least two business days prior to the visit.
