Sidewalk Improvement Projects

The City of Tyndall is seeking sealed bids for three distinct sidewalk improvement projects within the city limits. These projects generally involve the removal and replacement of existing sidewalks, installation of new curb ramps, concrete work, grading, and other related improvements. Project #1 involves the replacement of approximately 10 feet of sidewalk at 1207 Main Street. Project #2 consists of replacing a driveway section between a new road and the sidewalk on the south side of St. Michael's Hospital, specifically near the double doors in the middle of the hospital. Project #3 entails the replacement of sidewalk in the park located on the east side of the city, which includes a waterway running through the sidewalk. Bid specifications and detailed project information can be obtained from the City Office located at 110 E 17th Ave, Tyndall, SD 57066. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and will be received until 5:00 PM on June 3, 2026, at the same address. Bidders are required to clearly notate which project(s) they are bidding on; if bidding on all three projects, each bid should be individually notated.
