Chapel Retreat Services for Holloman Air Force Base

The Department of the Air Force is seeking retreat services to be performed at the contractor's location, within 60 miles of Holloman Air Force Base. These services are intended to provide a friendly, spiritual, bonding, and regenerative experience for Airmen and their families. The scope of work includes providing all personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary for day and overnight retreats. The contractor will offer facilities, meals, and lodging for a maximum of 40 attendees of all ages. Day retreats, averaging 26 per performance period, will include two meals (at least one hot), indoor/outdoor activities, and classroom settings. Overnight retreats, averaging 14 per performance period, will include four meals (at least three hot), lodging, and activities. All retreats must provide at least three distinct activities per time slot, suitable for all ages, with staff present for safety and guidance. Examples of activities include horseback riding, zip lining, and ropes courses, but group sporting activities are not acceptable. Facilities must be safe, well-maintained, sanitary, and equipped with air conditioning/heating/ventilation. Handicap accommodation is required, along with an indoor space for classroom settings and adequate lodging with temperature control for overnight stays. Meal accommodations for allergies must be made. The contractor is responsible for developing and implementing a Quality Control Plan and submitting monthly activity reports. Services are to be provided Monday through Sunday, with specific hours for day and overnight retreats. The contractor is not required to perform services on Federal holidays.
