Description

The Public Utilities Commission of Nevada has received an application from CenturyTel of the Gem State, Inc. d/b/a CenturyLink (CenturyLink) to revise Tariff No. 1A to grandfather Unlimited Nationwide Calling. This notice is to inform the public of the filing and that interested persons should review the filing to determine their level of involvement. The application was filed in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes and Nevada Administrative Code Chapters 703 and 704. Comments or petitions to intervene must be filed by Wednesday, May 13, 2026. Commenters are not parties of record and have limited participation rights, while parties of record are entitled to full participation in the proceeding. The application is available for viewing on the Commission's website (https://puc.nv.gov) and at the Commission's offices in Carson City and Las Vegas. To receive further notices, a written request must be submitted to be placed on the service list.
