The McKenzie Valley Long Term Recovery Group (MVLTRG) is seeking proposals for professional design and engineering services to facilitate the placement of approximately 15 to 20 accessory dwelling units (ADUs) on privately owned properties impacted by the 2020 Holiday Farm Fire. The scope of work includes developing site plans and drawings for necessary site improvements to accommodate manufactured or site-built dwellings with existing utilities. This initiative is funded through an Affordable Housing Development grant from Oregon Housing and Community Services, utilizing Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds.
