Janitorial Services for Nueces County

Nueces County is soliciting sealed competitive proposals for janitorial services across multiple county facilities. The contract will be for an initial term of twelve (12) months, with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year terms. Services are expected to commence on or after November 5, 2026. The scope of work includes comprehensive cleaning services for various county buildings, including the Courthouse, Department of Public Works facilities, Juvenile Justice Center, Medical Examiner's Building, Coastal Parks, Records Warehouse, and the Animal Care Center. Bidders will be required to submit proposals detailing their hourly rates for purchased labor, with all costs inclusive of labor, benefits, insurance, and overhead.
