Building Materials and Specialty Lumber Supply

This solicitation is for qualified vendors to supply various building materials and specialty lumber to the Longwood Central School District on an as-needed basis. The contract term is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with an option to extend for two additional one-year periods. The scope includes a wide variety of lumber, plywood, fiberboard, and other sheet materials, with specific requirements for dimensions, wood types, and finishes. Pricing must be firm for the contract term and include delivery charges. Vendors are required to submit a detailed cost proposal form and may be awarded portions of the bid based on line items or aggregate items.
