Assessment Engineering and Special District Administration Services

The City of San Diego requires the services of a qualified Design Professional (Assessment Engineer) to assist with the ongoing administration of multiple Maintenance Assessment Districts (MADs). These services include the annual levy and enrollment of assessments, as well as the engineering and formation of new districts. This work must be performed in compliance with the San Diego Maintenance Assessment District Procedural Ordinance and all applicable State and local laws. The City maintains and administers these districts to fund public improvements, maintenance services, and related activities that provide special benefit to assessed parcels.
