Assistive Telecommunication Devices for Division of Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DSDHH), is soliciting bids for assistive telecommunication equipment. This equipment will be distributed to North Carolina residents who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, or Speech Impaired, to ensure equal access to distance communication. The DSDHH administers an Equipment Distribution Service (EDS) to provide these specialized devices to eligible low-income individuals. The solicitation aims to establish contracts with vendors to procure a variety of assistive telecommunication equipment, including amplified telephones, alerting devices, and other related accessories, for eligible North Carolina residents.
