Indian Hills Drive Reconstruction and Utility Improvements

The City of Green River, Wyoming is seeking bids for the reconstruction of Indian Hills Drive, involving extensive road base and asphalt replacement, concrete sidewalk and curb & gutter work, and subgrade stabilization. Key utility improvements include the removal and replacement of existing water mains with new PVC piping, installation of fire hydrants, and connection to existing water mains. Storm drainage enhancements include the installation of new catch basins, manhole connections, outlets, and storm drain pipes. Sanitary sewer manholes will also be adjusted for grade. Electronic drawings and specifications are available for download from the City's website. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 2, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. local time in City Hall. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of five (5) percent of the bid amount, with the successful bidder required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds.
