Disaster Debris Removal Services

Greene County, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Disaster Debris Removal Services. The scope includes the removal, disposal, and reduction of eligible disaster-generated debris from public rights-of-way, parks, and other maintained public property. Services may also be utilized by the City of Springfield, Missouri. The contract will have an initial two-year term with options for two additional two-year renewals. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and adhering to federal debris reimbursement regulations. Load tickets will be used for tracking debris quantities, and payment will be based on verified load tickets and unit prices. The contract also includes provisions for hazardous trees, white goods, electronic waste, and household hazardous waste disposal.
