Land Surveying Services for School Sites

The District School Board of Niagara (DSBN), which operates 79 elementary and 20 secondary schools serving over 36,000 students across the Niagara Region, is seeking to pre-qualify multiple firms for professional land surveying services. These services will be required for various school and administrative sites throughout the Niagara Region. The initial contract period is for three years, commencing August 15, 2024, and ending August 14, 2027. The DSBN also holds the option to renew the contract for two separate one-year periods, extending the potential end date to August 14, 2029. Firms interested in providing these services must be qualified in accordance with the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors (AOLS) Regulations and Bylaws. Proponents can submit their pre-qualification proposals at any time during the contract duration, and additional firms will be added to the list as they are reviewed. Once qualified, firms do not need to respond to subsequent postings of the same contract number.
