The Massachusetts Division of Fisheries and Wildlife (MassWildlife) is soliciting bids for goods and services necessary to implement their Hatchery, Fish Stocking, Fisheries Conservation, and Education Programs. This will result in a Master Blanket Agreement with multiple vendors that offer hatchery and fisheries equipment and supplies, as well as repairs, maintenance, and inspections for all equipment used by the hatchery, fish stocking, research, management, education, and other conservation programs. MassWildlife will conduct future purchases through the solicitation of quotes and the issuance of purchase orders from vendors authorized under the Master Blanket Agreements. A rolling enrollment contract means proposals may be submitted and evaluated at any time with no submission deadline. A variety of goods and services necessary to implement MassWildlife's Hatchery and Fish Stocking, and Conservation and Education Programs, will be provided under this contract. Examples include aquaculture (hatchery) goods and services, fish stocking goods and services, fisheries operations and resources including the goods and services necessary to implement fisheries research, management, and restoration programs, fisheries education equipment, supplies, and services, hatchery water quality testing, hatchery's flow meter calibration, and marine and freshwater vessel services, repairs, parts, and maintenance.
