Description

Washington County Juvenile Department is seeking proposals for Family Navigator services to support at-risk youth, ages 10-17, who are identified as high-risk for involvement with the juvenile justice system. These year-round services will connect youth and their families with community resources, pro-social activities, and skill-building opportunities. The program aims to support youth and families in achieving case plan objectives and fostering positive connections within the community. Services will be provided in a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and respectful manner, focusing on enhancing positive youth outcomes, healthy relationships, education, employment, and juvenile department case plan completion. The estimated contract term is five years with an annual expenditure of approximately $1,350,000.00.
