2026 Drainage Pipe Supply

Monroe County Highway Department is soliciting proposals for the furnishing and delivery of drainage pipe for the full calendar year of 2026. The proposal must include all costs for the materials, supplies, and incidentals necessary for timely, complete, and professional delivery. Materials shall be delivered to the Monroe County Highway Corporation Yard at 3110 East Wisconsin Street, Sparta, Wisconsin 54656. Deliveries are by appointment only, Monday through Thursday, between 7:30 AM and 2:30 PM. All materials offered must be new, unused, and of the highest quality, meeting the manufacturer's most recent model and including the same warranty as the base model. The proposal must list the price per unit and/or unit price per foot, including delivery, and state any potential surcharges or additional costs. All work performed under this contract shall conform to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Highway and Construction Materials, 2025 Edition. Special provisions state that all culvert pipe must meet current WisDOT specifications, and connecting band fasteners must be 1/2"-13x8" carriage bolts with flange nuts. Vendors shall be experienced in Wisconsin D.O.T. galvanized corrugated metal drainage pipe specifications.
