Sources Sought: Welch Allyn Stand-On & Wheelchair Scales

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23, is issuing this Sources Sought notice to identify businesses capable of providing specific medical equipment. The requirement includes three units each of a Height Gauge (P/N: 845010) that measures in centimeters and inches and is compatible with stand-on scales. Additionally, three units of a Mobile Stand-On Scale (P/N: 5002-XX-B) are needed, featuring standard weight in pounds and kilograms, a data port, LED display, hospital-grade plug, stainless-steel construction, heavy-duty wheels, a minimum weight capacity of 880 lbs, memory recall, and handrails. Finally, three units of a Wheelchair Scale (P/N: 6002-XX-B) are required, with similar specifications to the stand-on scale but featuring a low-profile platform, no zeroing, and handrails that do not affect readings. All equipment must be medical grade, durable, and include a minimum one-year warranty.
