Ball State University Park Hall Pond Renovation

Ball State University is soliciting bids for the Park Hall Pond Renovation project. This public works project requires contractors to provide all necessary equipment, labor, and materials. The scope of work includes de-watering and dredging the existing pond, fish relocation, earthwork, erosion control measures, salvage, cleaning, and resetting of the existing limestone wall, construction of a new cast-in-place wall with limestone veneer, and upgrades to the water feature system. All work must be completed in accordance with the contract documents. Bids are due by 11:00 AM EDT on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, and will be opened and read aloud at that time. Bidding documents, including the project manual, drawings, and specifications, are available electronically and can be obtained from June Sanders at Ball State University Purchasing Services. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 1, 2026, at 9:00 AM EDT at the Service & Stores building on campus.
