Helena, MT - Vet Center Space Requirements

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is looking for approximately 3,200 to 4,026 rentable square feet (RSF) of medical/office space in Helena, Montana, to house a Vet Center. The space should be designed to maximize the co-location of staff offices and group rooms, with specific attention to security features, accessibility, and finishes as detailed in the attached documents. The space requirements include specific room configurations for exterior access for a Mobile Vet Center, a power-assisted or automatic front entrance with key control and video intercom access, and interior finishes such as luxury vinyl tile/plank flooring, acoustical ceiling panels, and horizontal roller shades. The VA also requires specific data and electrical outlet placements, sound isolation in group therapy rooms, and ADA-compliant restrooms.
