HVAC Equipment, Parts, and Supplies

Rio Grande City Grulla Independent School District is soliciting proposals for the provision of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for two additional one-year extensions, contingent upon mutual agreement at each anniversary date. Vendors are required to register and submit proposals electronically through the district's e-Bidding website. All questions must be submitted online by Wednesday, May 6, 2026, and responses will be posted online by Friday, May 8, 2026. Proposals are due by 3:00 PM CT on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any formalities.
