AFCENT Headquarters Building 1130 Roof Replacement Project

This is a construction requirement for the design, demolition, and replacement of the roof for the AFCENT Headquarters building 1130. The period of performance is 293 calendar days after Notice to Proceed issuance. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Concern Set Aside for NAICS code 238160, with an estimated magnitude between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. A mandatory site visit for prime contractors competing for award is scheduled for April 30, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. local EST at Building 1130, 524 Shaw Dr, Sumter, SC 29154. Vendors must refer to attachments 16 through 18 for installation access requirements, as escorts will not be provided. All questions for this solicitation are due no later than May 7, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. local EST and should be submitted to the Contracting Officer, 2d Lt Mallory Cary at mallory.cary@us.af.mil and Mr. Carlos Griggs at carlos.griggs.1@us.af.mil. Bids are due no later than Wednesday, June 9, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. local EST and will only be accepted electronically through SAM.gov. Bids may be accepted via email to mallory.cary@us.af.mil or carlos.griggs.1@us.af.mil only after unsuccessful attempts to post on SAM.gov and prior coordination.
