Downtown Marina Boat Slips Construction

The City of Panama City, Florida is soliciting bids from qualified, experienced, and licensed marine construction contractors for the construction of forty-nine (49) wet slips and a 21,343 square foot wooden fixed dock. This project will be located within the existing Panama City Marina West Basin in downtown Panama City, Florida. Key aspects of the project include providing all necessary supervision, labor, and equipment for the construction. Addenda have been issued to provide updated information, including electrical specifications and clarifications on material substitutions, hammer types, nail specifications, and the handling of existing floating docks and gangways. Bidders are encouraged to submit substitution requests via email. The City will consider approved equal or alternate materials if presented with sufficient data. The bid submission deadline is Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM CT. Bids must be submitted through the City's Bonfire Portal. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting was held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT.
